Securian Dental's online quoting system makes it easier for you to generate a quote and sell Securian Dental products. Using this rate calculator, you can develop a proposal in two minutes or less for groups of 2-249 employees (2-99 in VT, ME and NH) for our Indemnity and PPO plans and Texas Network plan.

Size band ratings are incorporated in the rate calculator. Options include 2-4, 5-9, 10-24, 25-50, 51-99 and 100-249 for our Indemnity and PPO plans. Simply click on the appropriate box when completing the required information to generate your quote.
