We offer both indemnity plans and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans. Indemnity plans give you the freedom to visit any dentist in America and PPO plans offer great out-of-pocket savings when you visit one of our network dentists through DenteMax, a national, fully-credentialed PPO network. PPO plan subscribers in Maine receive strongest benefits by visiting dentists in the Encompass Network. It's easy to find a dentist with our Dentist Search tool.

Although subscribers in our ConsumerOptions^SM plan (only available in North Carolina) may visit any dentist, over time it is likely that most of those who receive care from an enhanced value dental practice will receive a higher benefit level for their dental care.

With our claims inquiry tool, you can view claim status, detailed claim information including date of service, procedure detail, deductible and amounts paid by Securian.
Our benefits inquiry tool allows you to view benefit level details, deductibles, annual maximums and benefits used.
Our coverage summary application assists you in verifying coverage eligibility for yourself and your dependents.
You may also order duplicate or replacement ID cards online for yourself or dependents.
